LOAD
Progressive overload, written down. Your numbers live on the whiteboard. The bar does not care how you feel. It only counts what you did.
Iron District. Point, Durban.
Chalk on the floor. Numbers on the board.
No mirrors for posing. Work gets done here.
01 / The Method
Progressive overload, written down. Your numbers live on the whiteboard. The bar does not care how you feel. It only counts what you did.
Conditioning with a clock and a purpose. Rowers, ropes, sleds. It hurts on schedule. Lungs are built here, not bought.
Sauna, mobility, sleep. Growth happens between sessions, so we program the rest too. Hard is easy. Consistent is hard.
Ten years open. Zero gimmicks. One rule: put the work in.
02 / Classes
Hover a card. Feel the heart rate. That is the session talking.
Squat, bench, deadlift, press. Coached in small groups. Your total goes up or we want to know why.
Rowers, ropes, sleds, air bikes. Forty minutes of honest cardio. Nobody talks much afterwards.
Swings, cleans, snatches, carries. Old tools, sharp technique. Grip like a vice inside eight weeks.
Full body, full group, full send. Strength plus engine in one hour. Our most booked class since 2019.
03 / Coaches
In that order. Meet the people who will stand over your bar.
Head Coach. Strength.
Twenty one years under the bar. National powerlifting referee. He will fix your deadlift in one session and your excuses in two.
Lead. Engine Room.
Four Comrades finishes. Writes the conditioning, then does every session he writes. All of them. Check the board.
Every coach at Iron District is certified, current and strong. Nobody here coaches from a chair. Come meet them on the floor.
